Q. Where is the vault stored?
A. Vaults are stored on the server. You can access your vault from any device that has the vault URL.
Q. Can I use it without the Chrome extension?
A. Yes. A bookmarklet and a direct URL paste option are also available.
Q. What happens if a thumbnail cannot be retrieved?
A. If the source page does not provide a usable thumbnail, a fallback display is shown instead.
Q. Can multiple people share the same vault?
A. Yes. Sharing the vault URL allows multiple devices or people to access it. Be aware that anyone with the URL can view the vault.
Q. What is the difference between the Chrome extension and the bookmarklet?
A. The Chrome extension is faster for repeated saving after the destination URL is configured once. The bookmarklet is useful when you want to review the detected content before saving.
Q. What is auto-lock?
A. A feature that locks the vault screen after a set period of inactivity. You can choose 1, 5, or 10 minutes. Useful when you leave the vault open in a shared space.
Q. Can I delete saved data?
A. Yes. Each item in the vault has a delete button so you can remove items individually.
Q. Can I use this on a smartphone?
A. Yes. The layout is responsive, so you can browse the vault, save via URL paste, and reorder items from a mobile browser.
